FaMLE is a laptop ensemble founded at MIT and conceived as a living laboratory for exploring collaborative musical performance. The ensemble has engaged with a wide range of approaches, including networked musical instruments, live coding, bespoke web-based systems, modular synthesizers, and synchronized analog and digital instruments.
